Downtown Dayton architectural firm to move to suburbs

A longtime downtown Dayton architectural firm is moving to Miami Township. John Poe Architects has leased a 6,000-square-foot space at 3131 Newmark Drive and plans to move in by Aug. 1. The 18-person firm will move out of a similar-sized space at 124 E. 3rd St. in downtown Dayton. John Poe Architects made the move after a year of weighing its options, but ultimately decided to move to Miami Township to be more centrally located for its clients and employees, said Pam Rigling, director of marketing.…
