Amy Gantt, owner of Lula Bell's Whimsical Art, Stationery and Design Boutique, is moving her studio to 23 Park Ave., in the 1,600-square-foot space where Vanity Hair Salon is now. Lula Bell has been operating out of a space about half that size at 1005 Shroyer Road, behind Moore Dessert Please.
