Organic tea and black bean burgers may not sound like a typical lunch at Wendy’s Co., but it has become that at a few spots in Central Ohio.
The Dublin-based restaurant company is testing a black bean burger in a couple of restaurants around Columbus. It’s a sandwich the company this year hinted was in the works and comes a week after the nationwide rollout of an organic tea drink made for the chain by Bethesda, Maryland-based Honest Tea.
