Kettering Health to demolish former hotel building

A Dayton-area hospital network has decided to demolish a building it bought at the end of last year. Kettering Health Network officials are looking for contractors to knock down the former Wyndham Garden Dayton South Hotel at 31 Prestige Plaza Drive, next door to the network’s new administrative offices, said Elizabeth Long, spokeswoman for Kettering.
