The city of Kettering is close to a deal with a developer to build a 37-home neighborhood on one of the last undeveloped parts of Dorothy Lane.
The city could vote as soon as this month on the single-family development to be called Prugh Woods, built on an 8-acre lot along the 2600 block of East Dorothy Lane. That land — long held by the Prugh family — is owned by the city and abuts a 7-acre nature preserve.
