
American Airlines is bucking a trend with its growth in traffic at the Dayton International Airport.
The airline is the only one of five carriers to post an increase in traffic in March, according to numbers released today by the airport, with a 3.4 percent bump in traffic from March 2014 to about 15,600 passengers. In contrast, the airport posted a 12.2 percent decline in total passenger traffic in March compared to the same time in 2014.
