The Cornerstone of Centerville development is forging ahead with a new retail structure.
Oberer Companies has broken ground on two 10,000-square-foot retail centers at the development, which anchored by Costco.
The first center will hold Bagger Dave's, a Michigan-based burger restaurant, and several other unannounced tenants.
The second center will house a Wright-Patt Credit Union branch and a Great Clips salon, as the discount hair cutting chain rapidly expands its presence in the Dayton region.
