The new owner of an office building on Third Street in downtown Dayton sees enormous potential in Dayton in the next five years.
Elliot Katz, a Florida investor with strong ties to the Dayton region and a track record of successful redevelopment here, bought the 124 E. Third St. building in downtown for $325,000 earlier this week.
Katz currently owns the EPA building at 401 E. Fifth St. in Dayton, and made a name for himself in Dayton redeveloping the Elizabeth Place center from 2002 to 2007.
