Moraine City Council voted Thursday to approve incentives to help Fidelity Health Care move its headquarters operation and nearly 250 jobs into a building complex at 3170 Kettering Blvd. Those buildings formerly housed The Berry Co. They are still owned by LM Berry Services Inc.
